Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is an optional offer upon checkout. The optional insurance is calculated based on your order amount (approximately 5-6% of the order amount). Shipping Insurance covers loss of package and damage of packages upon arrival. A package may be considered lost if it does not arrive within the shipping time as stated. A package is considered received as per indicated by shipping carrier and can be viewed in our Account Page. To make a claim for damaged or lost package, email us at info@celerbate-nds.com. We will send a replacement upon confirmation.
